Rates & Terms

Rates

We have a standard hourly rate (details on request), with a minimum charge of one hour. After that all work is charged in 15 minute increments.

Work undertaken outside of standard office hours (9.00 am to 6.00 pm) will incur an additional charge

All stationery, postage and packing, travel and other expenses will be charged at cost.

Fees for large projects or clients on a retainer basis are negotiable.

We work with a range of professional consultants to meet all your requirements, PR, advertising, sales and marketing, IT and web designers – fees for these services are available on request.

Terms

Virtually Everything Ltd takes confidentiality very seriously and will never disclose client information without the client’s consent.

All clients will be asked to sign a client contract and confidentiality agreement before the commencement of any work.

A copy of all completed work will be kept for 12 months unless otherwise requested by the client.

A deposit is requested before the commencement of work and the final invoice is payable within 14 days.

Although we endeavour to complete any assignment error free the final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. Errors will be amended within 7 days of the project completion. Any amendments after this time will be charged at the hourly rate.
