Events arranged to date

We have many years of experience arranging a wide range of different events, both for corporate and private clients. Each event is unique, but they are all have one thing in common which is the need for one person to take responsibility for coordinating every aspect, close communication between organiser and client and attention to every last detail.

Listed below are some of the events we have been responsible for arranging:

• The 60th Birthday party for a high profile individual in Barcelona, coordinating the event and also the logistics of VIP guests arriving from all over the world and their hotel accommodation.
• A Corporate Christmas party for 900 guests in a Thames side warehouse, including a firework display launched from a Thames Barge.
• Corporate Christmas parties in Blenheim Palace and Highclere Castle.
• Executive board retreats in Antigua and Barbados.
• Private party in Berlin for 2,000 guests including chartering aircraft to fly 150 guests from London to Berlin.
• A wedding celebration for a high profile couple at the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
• Monthly board dinners and accommodation for a major plc.
